The logic for WOTC market shop

Below is the logic used ( my logic  :dizzy: ) when designing the WOTC market shops.  All systems on the server go through a similar process.  The first step is the idea.  This is the second step of how to make the idea into something which functions.  Followed by building such thing from method below (step 3 of 3).

Night circuit will check for blocker block.  If block is in place, market does not update.
Day circuit will remove the blocker block.
Night circuit starts market if no blocker block is detected.
Market will start short timer.
Start of timer will run randomizers.
Randomizer will contain armor stand, shop item block, and sign.
At end of shop timer, once all randomizers run, new shop item message will announce.
Last on shop circuit is replacement of blocker block.
Shops will have random items every other Minecraft day.
